Your valid U.S Passport /(or non-U.S passport)

With at least 2 blank visa pages
With at least 6 month’s validity for single entry visa

A digital photo is required to initiate your Visa Application.

Photograph should be taken within the last 6 months.

- Locate and select “United States of America”
- Choose “Washington D.C”
Save information
- Don’t forget to save your application I.D
Form completion
- Given Name must include both your first name and your middle name
- Complete the form as thoroughly as possible, stop and close the form at the “10th” page.
- Do not submit the form until Oasis has completed the review and given you further instructions.

If any documents cannot be provided, it may not halt the processing of your application, but it will influence the processing time of your application. Our visa specialists are dedicated to helping you correctly prepare and submit your application.

How much will it cost?

We usually charge $230 for a Z visa application processing, plus the Embassy fee $140 for U.S citizen, and additional $20 for a FedEx 2nday return shipping. Family discount ($20 per additional application) may apply for non-expedited orders.

How long will it take?

After your application is submitted to the Chinese Embassy, the typical processing time is about 4-5 business days. Please remember that extra time is required for us to review, prepare, and finalize your application before submission. We recommend starting the process 3-4 weeks ahead of your planned travel date. In most instances, the entire procedure can be completed within 10 working days.

For expedited processing, we strive to obtain your visa as quickly as possible, usually within 3-5 business days, not counting shipping time.
